Doel: vooraf checken of een retour mag, en een aangemelde retour annuleren als de klant zich bedenkt.
Goal: check up front whether a return is allowed, and cancel an announced return if the customer changes their mind.

Valideren = gratis check: Validate maakt niets aan — gebruik het altijd vóór create.
Validate = free check: Validate creates nothing — always use it before create.
Annuleerbaarheid: Niet elke retour/carrier laat annuleren toe na bepaalde status.
Cancellability: Not every return/carrier allows cancellation after a certain status.
